IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! We will install and bill you for the following!
If your winterizing plugs & gizzmos are not left out and accissible at the time of your scheduled closing, YOU'LL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL COST.
If your winterizing plugs & gizzmos are damaged and deemed not suitable for use, YOU'LL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL COST.
If your winterizing plugs or water feature caps are not manufacturer recommended and deemed not suitable for use, YOU'LL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL COST.
If your pool is not drained proper to your scheduled closing, YOU'LL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL COST.
The chemicals included with closing plans 2, 3 and 4 are 2lbs. shock, 1 qt. algaecide and 1 qt. scale inhibitor.
By moving forward with your checkout, you acknowledge that all costs will be taxed upon checkout.
Canceling/Rescheduling are subject to a $50 FEE if not made 72 prior to appointment date.
